“My dad has mid-stage vascular dementia and severe visual impairment. His existing remote became impossible for him to use, so this seemed to be an ideal replacement. It was very simple to pair the remote (he only has Freeview) and he's found it very easy to use. No more panic-stricken calls to me because he can't get the TV to work!”

“Sadly the product does not work with Sky Q which operates via bluetooth not infra-red remote. AlzProducts have been good to their word and offered a full refund for the product but I do feel that this could be made clearer: it lists Sky as compatible. In order to get maximum use out of Sky, the user still really needs to be able to browse through the guide so an up/down/left/right/OK button combo would be helpful. This might be too much for general design of this remote which has, I feel, been designed for older style systems.”
