“I just bought the flipper remote control for my 88 year old mother who has very limited mobility and whose eyesight cannot see small buttons or distinguish up and down on a normal remote control. I had Sky Q installed for her however the remote for Sky Q is very small and has far too many tiny buttons for anyone who is older and has difficulty seeing to actually use. I had looked at the reviews of Flipper and it looked great however I did read that they did not have a code to use for Sky Q. I contacted AlzProducts by email and Tom promptly replied informing me that they had been working on this problem and would soon have a guide which showed how the Flipper could be used for Sky Q. I sent a couple of more emails to Tom as I had a few concerns about the remote and how long it would take for the guide to be ready. I decided to buy the Flipper and was amazed to see it arrive the very next day. I then contacted Tom who was always very prompt with any emails and always gave detailed information to any queries I had. The guide was very helpful and after following the instructions, I was able to program the flipper to control the SkyQ box. I was also able to program 25 favourite channels so that my mum now has 25 of her favourite channels to flick through. The buttons are very large and brightly coloured so that she is able to change channel on SkyQ and also increase/decrease volume and also turn on/off the TV. Great product and great help from Tom and Alz Products to make the flipper work with Sky Q.”

“Ordered The Flipper tv remote control for my 92 year old mum. Had some difficulty setting it up but made phone call to customer service & Tom called me back! He kindly & patiently talked me through it & in no time at all we were up & running! A big thank you Tom! Mum finds watching the tv channels she wants so much easier now. It's so nice & reassuring to have a phone number to call if you have setting up problems. Would definately reccomend The Flipper & the great customer service that goes with it!”

“I ordered a Flipper tv remote for my mother. I had great difficulty setting it up as my mother's Logik tv is very old and none of the codes worked. I spoke to Tom on the phone and after 40 minutes, he managed to help me set it up. He was amazingly patient, calm, helpful, reassuring and professional. This is the second time I have spoken to him to ask for help (previous tv remote had to be returned as it was incompatible with my mother's tv). Thanks to him I will have no hesitation in using Alzproducts again and will definitely recommend the company to my friends who also have ageing parents. Thank you SO much Tom!”

“Hi very pleased with your customer service most helpful , I purchased the flipper for my 91yr old mother who has very poor eye sight this a lot better for her as it has the large buttons , the only problem I had was finding a code for the tv (BAUHN),which iwas unable to find anywhere, so looks like I'm going to have to buy another tv, so be careful what you buy i.e. cheap tvs,takes nothing away from the flipper a great piece off technology.”
