“Purchased a remote control for TV to make life easier for the Mother in Law, delivery was excellent, however the remote did not work with the suggested code. Then had to program the control manually, this took 1.5hrs. Although it essentially was an easy process the buttons would not program properly. This needs to be looked at”

The programming codes that come with the Flipper do work for the vast majority of TV models, however, on rare occasions this may not be the case and alternative programming methods must be used. “Took 5 minutes to set up for my dad who has Alzheimer's. He can now control his set top box and tv with this remote and easily switches his telly on and off and flicks up and down the channels with no problems. No more stuck to BBC 1 for him.......he loves it. Brilliant piece of kit!”

“I spent over two hours trying to sync with Ferguson TV with two different units without success. I followed the instructions carefully to the letter so many times I gave up counting. Units have been sent back for refund.”

Although the Flipper does have the highest level of compatibility across our simple remote control range, there is still going to be a small number of TVs that are incompatible. “Bought the tv remote with large simplified buttons for my 81 year old dad who suffers from Parkinson's disease as he was finding it hard with an ordinary remote with too many buttons to understand, new remote is wonderful, well coloured for different functions and large buttons. Perfect solution and arrived well packed and within a day or two of ordering. A big thumbs up.”
