“We were able to eventually get the remote to work with TV, and that took some time involving two of us, but it does not work with TV and Bush DVD player which is connected via HDMI cable. In our view we wouldn't purchase again.”

“Easy to set up, this replaced an OEM remote with 72 buttons, what my 93 year old could not get to grips with (and even I found confusing!) Large buttons are easy to use, and i no longer have to “fix” het TV when sh had switched it back in analogue mode which resulted in a screen that resembled a snow storm!”

“The remote is very good, not too difficult to programme. Our only problem was the remote only controls the Sky box so the TV still needs to put on and turned to the correct setting before my parents can use the remote independently.”

The Flipper can be programmed to control both Sky and the TV so the TV doesn't need to be turned on manually before using the Flipper. Please contact our customer service team if you have any issues during set-up and we'll be happy to help you get the Flipper working fully.

“Bought for 97-year old who was finding it increasingly difficult to change TV channels with the TV remote (Sony). The Flipper was reasonably easy to set up although adding additional programmes after programming was problematic and needed a full reset to start from scratch. We programmed it for the 6 channels required and has been very successful in enabling easy use of the TV again. Overall it is a good product and does what was needed.”

“Great remote for SKY+ Box. However it took ages to programme the STB to communicate with the flipper because the MANUAL INFO didn't say press the ADD button after the codes were input. So I tried it after many days of failure, then it worked. Cheers..”
