“It was A Lot bigger than I thought it would be (I didn't look at them on the site) It is not back-lit which is a shame, it was stated on the site. I needed one battery operated and this is the only one I found. I would be good if it stated morning afternoon or evening. Generally good product.”

“A great product, good size. I bought this product before it is really needed in order that it will be an aid now and used for more essential purposes later on. I thought by getting my relative used to it being there then there would be less chance of him failing to know dates and times if he is used to using it now. He completely relies on his diary now for everything. But a diary is no good to you if you don't know what day it is! I really think this clock will help him remain independent for longer. My only thought on the product design itself is whether the digits and writing could be made brighter against the background. This comment however would not stop me buying the product. Thank you AlzProducts.”

“Good product for a person with reasonable vision so have given it 4 stars - but was too monochrome for my sight impaired husband to read. Exchanged it for DayClox model - which gives excellent definition.”

“My problem with the clock was that it was impossible to read it even during the day. I know that it was not back lit but I had expected to be able to see the time during the day.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer wasn't happy with their clock. We've arranged and completed a return and a full refund for this order. As this clock doesn't have its own backlight it may not be suitable for all users or environments. Customers are able to filter clocks on our category pages by whether they are "viewable in the dark" - this may help identify clocks with the best visibility as these will have their own backlights.
