“I bought this clock for my sister who lives 80 miles away from me. She's in her mid 80's and has the onset of dementia. As a result, she had real problems opening the battery compartment to insert the batteries. Considering the reason that most people buy this clock, I would have thought AlzProducts would include a option whereby I could have paid extra to have the batteries installed before delivery. I would have happily paid for this. Other than that, I think this clock is an excellent product.”

We are sorry our customer was disappointed in their clocks display. We do provide other clocks with a very high quality display, however these would consist of our mains powered digital clocks which allows for superior visibility over our battery operated products.

“Great item. Simple to set up, screen easy to read and understand. Thankfully no backlight so not intrusive where it's sited. Being battery operated rather than needing a nearby power supply the clock can be moved around if needed. The recipient is thrilled with it. This has made so much difference (for both of us) I wish I'd bought one much sooner.”

“The clock does what it says I put the batteries in before wrapping it for Christmas day and was surprised to find it not only working but even inside the packaging had set itself to time and date. My husband who has dementia was smiling with delight as it is so clear and readable. Being battery controlled I can move it with him so that he can aways see the day and time”
