“Now I really love this necklace and the fact you can add what you want. I chose 3 initials. The only downside is that they’re so sharp! The letters rub me slightly when I wear it which is slightly off putting. I have an initial bracelet from you and it rounded and smooth so not sure why all letters aren’t like this. Other than that the quality is great and it fits lovely!”

“Don’t normally leave review but i was disappointment when I opened my necklace up out of the lovely packaging to see it all crumpled at the bottom of the box & not clasped together and there is a knot at the end of the chain that won’t come out & it make the chain a lot small & this was meant to be for a gift”

“The charms don't all sit the right way around when wearing it, two of the three are upside down. I've tried contacting customer services to get it corrected but with no reply. Shocking service for the price of the knecklace.”
