“What we received is not what we ordered, or at least not what we thought we ordered. We struggled with the website ordering system and unfortunately it appears we ordered incorrectly, so instead of receiving a necklace with two initials and birth signs on it, this item came with just one initial.”

“Looked lovely on the website, but when it arrived I was so disappointed. Can’t believe I’ve wasted all that money on a necklace that looks like it’s made of brass. The coloured heart charms look plastic, too. Never again.”

“Lovely necklace but a shame the box arrived wet and damaged and they wouldn’t send a new gift box. They sent a small gift bag instead but a necklace does not sit right in a gift bag. This was a Christmas present for my daughter so very disappointed that they couldn’t send a new gift box. They did honour 10% refund but I have preferred a gift box so the necklace at least looks nice for the money I spent.”
