“Not at all happy with this product looks poor not completely covered in gold and the heart charm stone isn’t completely in the gold shape. Poor quality for money spent. I won’t be using this again. Delivery time is also way too long for the quality you get.”

“I was really excited about receiving this necklace which I treated myself to with my birthday money. It does look very nice in the box but the letters do not stay sitting flat or up the right way when I move so a bit disappointed and wished I ordered the solid name”

“I was so excited to build this charm necklace because it was going to be all based on my new baby boy. The way the charms are added make it impossible for it to lay the way it is intended to. The charms are upside down or backwards. Just feels poorly made. If I could go back I would just try a name necklace. Really wanted to love it, feel very disappointed by my purchase. I will not be wearing this necklace.”
