“The necklace is beautiful and meaningful but don’t get the shortest chain it’s way to tight and when I contacted the company they didn’t even try to solve it but just said they don’t accept returns although I didn’t want a return! And I bought 2 necklaces with 7 charms so you can count how much money I spent… expected better service for that amount of money! also the charms are much smaller than expected but other than that it is a beautiful necklace! You just have to get it right the first time as the company won’t help!”

“It’s says it’s part of the Mothers Day Gift collection but I’m not a mother and I gifted this to myself. Loved the option of choosing the length and look of your chain, and the charms as well. I picked the Leo charm as it’s my zodiac sign, then the crystal clover inspired by a luxury brand and the red charm for a pop of colour. Love everything about this necklace. I was on the lookout for a gold chain that I don’t have to take off all the time and would be water resistant. So far it’s doing its job (I do remove it from time to time) and I’m satisfied with it. It looks super cute on and I’ve received a few compliments. Bonus point for the warranty on it as we never know what can happen. I would definitely buy again to gift someone or even for myself. Have to take 1 star off because the charms are not all facing the correct way and it’s slightly annoying to have to rearrange them myself only for them to be upside down again.”

“We ordered this necklace for my 11yo daughter. She wanted something she could wear everyday. We chose a gold chain and did a “S” in the center flanked by two hearts. It’s very cute, but I’m bummed with our choice of white topaz for the hearts. Her birthstone is April. It looks weird with the gold behind. I wish we had chosen colored stones. Ruby or Amethyst, any color really would have looked so much better. Otherwise, quality is amazing and it’s very cute!”

“I’ve had my eye on this all year and finally got one for my birthday. It arrived a few weeks ago but had waited to open it. It was as lovely as I had hoped it would be and it’s now my favourite. I’ve got my heart set on another chain now to go with it and would love the matching earrings too.”
