“I waited three weeks for my bracelet to arrive. Within less than a week the chain broke. I was really upset because I had a lot of compliments on it, it was very cute, and I had waited so long to wear it, but the quality clearly isn't there if it breaks so easily! I've posted about this to the company on multiple media platforms and have not even received one message back, so I feel like they took my money and ran/like they don't care.”

“I received a gorgeous custom piece from this brand as a gift and sadly it had broke, in my mind this was no big deal because of the two-year warranty policy. However this is where the trouble began, I was back and forth in contact with their customer service for about a month and a half before my original email was fully read and understood, and eventually I was sent a replacement. I was originally infuriated with the lack of service provided over emails but all I wanted was to be able to wear this bracelet again so I was very grateful to be sent a replacement and happy the entire thing was finally over with. (I provided photos of the piece that broke in two different spots in my original email and in the following ones). AGAIN HOWEVER this replacement piece that I was sent broke in a matter of two weeks and I am heartbroken because this custom gift was given to me by someone very close this gift meant so much to me and I no longer have the ability to wear it anymore. For all the hoops I had to jump through to get an original replacement of the bracelet was ridiculous and on top of that to have my replacement break just after a mere two weeks is unbelievable and ridiculous. Below I have photos of my original bracelet when it broke and my replacement bracelet that broke after two weeks!”
