“Ordered mid November and still not arrived. Was told to track it Evri never got it. Persisted and they finally admired it “must” be lost. Re-ordered mid December as a gift for my friend and as 3.1.24 STILL not here. So very disappointing as for 3 wks I was told “track it””

“I loved these bracelets. This is my 2nd year purchasing these them as gifts. Last year I bought 4 and this year I purchased one. The bracelet this year came defective and I have been emailing since December 16th about it. I’ve sent pictures and they responded once but after that they’ve gone silent which is why I decided to rate them low. Also the chain is different so it’s more flimsy.”
