“Firstly i want to say that AL have the most kindest customer care ive come across :) i had an issue with adding the extra gifting at the end of my order checkout so i emailed customer services after i placed the order to see if i can pay for this seperately, they kindly sent this out to me (free of charge!) for the inconvinience caused and i was very grateful as that was really kind of them. Once i received the bracelet.. oh my! that was LOVELY you can tell its handcrafted to the highest standards, its sooooo pretty and not like the usual personalised bracelets its literally bespoke so you can tell the quality and care in it. would i order again? YESSSS!! its such a lovelyyy gift and its even beautiful in real lifeeeee. THANKS AL”
