“Big shout out to the AL customer service team! The end bracket fell off making it impossible to get my bracelet off and on (I ordered over a year ago). This bracelet is super well made and comes with a two year warranty. They let me know they updated the way they made this bracelet. I was sent an exact replica just days later! At no cost to me! They were super nice and communicated every step of the way. 1000% recommend this brand and company to anyone. I love my personalized bracelet. I wear it every single day.”

“I have purchased the Name Necklace before and loved it but this time the quality has really disappointed me. Not only has the box chain changed the quality has dropped. The gold was not on the inside of the chain loops and could be seen and the heart month stones are more cheap looking. The photo shows my previous order and my current order. HOWEVER the customer service was great when I had issues with my initial order but unfortunately I will not be ordering again. Was disappointed as these bracelets were gifts.”
