“Zing hosted the online game Around the World for our team of 40 staff members and the team mostly enjoyed it. Some, who were not confident with phones found it a bit challenging. Personally, I thought the content and questions were brilliant. I think it would have created a more fun and inclusive feel if the host hosted the questions from the big screen so everyone was on the same question at the same time and then individual teams could enter their answers on their phones. I think this would also have removed the challenging bit for the those who are not as confident using their phones. But all & all, a great and differnet event. Thanks Simon.”

“As a whole - we really enjoyed out virtual activities and everyone at the company where happy and excited to be contributing with Zing. I think we had so much fun and its such an advantage to be able to have the chance to do virtual activities as our company is very diverse and we have employees from all around the world working from home and to be able to get this opportunity really helps us to build team work and have fun at the same time. Overall, Zing has been very helpful and great to work with to help organize such event in small amount of time. It was very entertaining and clear to work and organize around. I believe that for the money being paid we should get a little more time given when playing an activity. But the activities were definitely worth playing and very nice host and customer service.”

“Possibly a little pricey for what The Body Rap session is but it was fun and got everyone engaged. It took longer to receive the follow up video than promised. Overall happy with the experience!”

“Event was fun. I wish we had done it in the evening and combined with drinks and possibly extended the time. But it got good positive feedback from most, and the videos were funny that the event generated. Would use again.”

“It was a very enjoyable and organized event. The host was good and very helpful. However it was a lot of money for what we got and because our preferred platform was Teams there was more admin for us to do than the actual host, I would have preferred for the host to be in the actual breakout rooms with us as if there were issues that delayed everything. I have recommended to my colleagues as it was a great event and perfect for these Covid times :)”

“The event itself was good fun - challenging but not so tricky that we got stuck! The only thing I would've liked to be done differently is that I didn't really have the opportunity myself to welcome the team at the beginning or say goodbye to them at the end - so it was a bit abrupt at the start and finish whereas it would've been nice to have the "bridge" or handover from Simon so I could say hi/bye/thanks/merry xmas to my team at that point... Not a big thing but would've been good!”

“I contacted Zing with a request for a virtual escape room just two days before my planned event, having been let down by another event company. They were incredibly accommodating, friendly and professional to work with which was very much appreciated amongst the stress of event planning. The game itself was very fun, though my team are a curious bunch and would have liked to know more at the end about how points were scored. The intro and ending did feel a bit rushed but everyone had fun!”

“The planning of the event beforehand was very good and thorough. Simon sent me the joining instructions in good time to send it out to my team. On the day I felt perhaps the instructions were quite complicated and very detailed, so wasn't entirely clear what we needed to do, and by then the clock was already ticking. In terms of the app – although it was a great use of technology, it was quite confusing to use and some of the images were so tiny you couldn't read them. You could quite easily lose your place as when you clicked back it took you to the home screen and didn’t indicate where you needed to go next. And in terms of formatting, some of the 'handwritten' notes were quite difficult to decipher and you weren't able to zoom in. A few teams also had an issue with who their team captain was (my team being one of them). They had chosen someone and then halfway through something seemed to happen in the background and it flipped to someone else. We called for help, but when they came on, they just said ‘is the new captain ok to carry on’ not really giving us a chance to say no (it actually wasn’t convenient for the new captain but the helper didn’t seem too bothered or give us the option to choose someone else.). I then found out later that someone in my team had become captain for another team, so there was clearly something happening in the system. But it was the way the helper was quite dismissive that I didn’t find helpful. However, apart for theses technical glitches, everyone seemed to enjoy it.”

“Our company ran a virtual cocktail evening through Zing Events. The company were a pleasure to deal with, very prompt in replying to queries and no request was too big or too small. Hampers were fab with everything you need to enjoy your event. Thank you Zing :)”
