“the first canvas was damage when it arrived but a quick phone call and the item was replaced with next day delivery many thanks for good customer service.”

I'm sorry you experienced some damage to your first canvas, this is a very rare occurrence but glad we manged to sort it and get a new one out to you within 24 hours of letting us know. I'm pleased you don't hold this against us. Thank you Michael

“Good finish to the print, exceedlingly quick turn around (less than two days) ... delivery not so good. Identified they would call at 16:00, called at 12:45, but re delivered to a neighbour the following day. All in all a pretty impressive service”

Thanks Mick, we a really pleased that you impressed with our service and quality of our photos to canvas. Delivery is 24 has standard so we do say be available the next for delivery as they can deliver anytime from 9-5 so we suggest arranging delivery to a place you will be so there is no disappointment if they try and deliver and no one is there to sign for items

Thanks Michelle, We do try and tweak the colours at our end but it is hard to understand exactly what the client wants has we don't ever want to over do it, we are really pleased that you received a beautiful canvas print and if you ever want another one doing please feel free to email before ordering to ensure we get the colours just right for you

“The only thing stopping this from being Very Good is that are daughters skin tone had a slight over ink blemish on the face. Picture sizing and speed of delivery were perfect!”

“There was a mix up with Saturday delivery, however the communication and response was very quick and understanding. Very good customer care. Once the canvas did arrive the quality on it was brilliant and well put together, also well packaged.”

“Was a really good canvas, it was what I ordered. Only thing was that I would have to liked some more advice on the picture and the quality etc. Being first time I ever ordered a canvas I believe that the picture I used wasent the best. My fault not yours but a bit of advice would have been nice. Delivery was fab would definitely use again”

“The quality of the print was great, I was especially happy with the packaging, as it ensured the canvas will arrive safely. One thing I wasn't entirely happy about was that I have ordered a print with white wrap, however some of the white was seen at the front of the canvas. This made it look as if it was a bit rushed, however all together happy with the quick turnaround and quality of the print.”

“The canvasses and value for money are excellent. However there is a printing error on one of the canvasses that does ruin the quality of the one print. Also delivery over the bank holiday weekend took far too long as your courier had accepted too many deliveries and then failed to deliver on the assigned day which I had taken off work to accept.”
