“I bought two silk scarves which I am very pleased with. They are made of good quality silk in beautiful colours and are warm and soft against the skin. They also arrived fairly quickly after ordering despite the disruption of the postal strikes. I highly recommend these products.”

HI Anne, my apologies for the late arrival of your scarf but there have been several days of Royal Mail strikes since you purchased on the 24th Nov. Royal Mail have been on strike 24th and 25th of Nov and also 30th Nov and Dec 1st. As you can imagine there are now huge backlogs of mail in the system so everyone is suffering I am afraid. There have also been two weekends since you ordered making a loss of 8 days since your order. I'm sorry you feel that I deserve only one star for circumstances that are out of beyond my control but we do offer upgraded shipping options should you ever wish to order from us again.
