Delivery and service excellent but disappointed with the book if Iā€™m honest as pics not that good in respect of breed type so you can spot your pet, I probably expected too much though

Product great, make sure you don't subscribe to emails as you'll be bombarded daily, I've even clicked unsubscribe and gone through the motions and I still get emails. So generally product is great but reputation ruined by email spam.

Quite expensive for what it is. Bought a bandana for a small jack russell and its too small to tie around so I need to sew it to his collar. Image is printed onto the fabric and the cut around the edges is very jagged and not a great finish. Fun item but I wont be buying anymore.

Both the aprons I ordered arrived without the names of the dogs the aprons were good quality but very dissatisfied that the names of the dogs were left out

the personalised cushion came instead of saying C A R L A AS I REQUESTED it reads /CARLA\ WHICH IS NOT WHAT I REQUESTED I COMMENTED BEFORE BY TELEPHONE ABOUT REPLACING IT WITHH EXACT WORDING C A R L A NOTHING was done and I got NO REPLY AT ALL so i ask am i entitled to a refund or compensation? I AWAIT YOUR RESPONSE

Love the website. Bought an iPhone 11 case. Looked awesome and was delivered very quickly but was very difficult to fit on the phone and lasted a day before it split at the corners. Would still order from them again though as thereā€™s a lot to love

I have ordered twice from Yappy now. The product quality is excellent and Iā€™ve been very impressed. However, both times I have had to contact customer services because my order has been wrong. This has been quickly resolved but Iā€™d prefer to have been sent the correct items in the first place!

I can see at the time of ordering, we advised that you should allow 3 business days for your items to be created and a further 48 working hours for delivery. Your order was shipped on the 3rd working day and was delivered 24 working hours later. Hi there, you replied to my review about not being able to find 'Bonnie'. I would really appreciate a cheat sheet. I bought the book for my mum who is 80 and housebound. The Bib was lovely but it fitted her around the neck but is too long for her so she cant wear it. The material it is made of is a bit stiff.
