“My order arrived quickly but could have been packed slightly better as some items had damage to the boxes where they had moved around in transit.”

“I bought a battery operated diffuser which included a bottle of the calming oil. I loved the smell so ordered bottles of the calming oil plus a few other perfumes. I was so disappointed that they won't fit the dispenser even though the calming oils are the same. The bottles are a different size and don't have the white tip inside. I like them, so I just have to buy different diffuser.”

“Keter Delano was delivered within time frame, fiddly to construct especial as the plastic hadn't been cut out on some things so we had to improvise ourselves with a very sharp knife, we're only one chair up atm but it looks good and sturdy and on the whole pleased with our purchase!”

“I have bought the same product from XS as a Christmas present for approximately 5 years I ordered in very early December but disappointingly did not receive until early January. Brexit was cited as the reason with hold ups at the port. The price and delivery this year has also risen alarmingly”

“The service bis great and even after issue they have been very helpful and kind but unfortunately there packaging and checks over the item seem to be lacking. The original item was broken contacted them and replacement was sorted to the get a new one and this item is more broken than the first.”
