“I found that people weren't leaving voicemail messages when our phones weren't answered. So I contacted support via email and within an hour Hoosain called and tested the service. He found that our voicemail message service wasn't switched on. Hoosain kindly set this up and from my email answering message he set up an out-of-office voicemail asking people to leave a message. Hoosain was so helpful and made it really simple for me. Thank you for the excellent service.”

“Uzair, rang me today and introduced himself, he informed me my newly installled ip phone is ready to configured. I was in the middle of my work and request Uzair to call back in 15 minutes. Uzair call back as promised and patiently helped me to enable him to connect remotely and resolved my ticket. Very happy with Uzair support today.”

“Hi, Polite and great customer service. Hussain Kamal was the person who Handled my issue. He resolved very quickly and much much happy with his customer service. He was so kind and patient to hear my issues and sorted in 10 mins time. Much appreciated and highly recommended”
