“I'd just like to say that my experience with Xinix was really good. Especially their customer service and support. You can always speak to someone very quickly. Also i'd just like to give a massive thank you to "Uzair" in the Technical Support Department he is so very good at his job and is a real credit to "Xinix World" 👍🏻 He has got so much patience and helped me through a very complicated "Voip Set Up" From start to finish he was fantastic so thank you so much "Uzair" my Home Voip Set Up is now running just perfectly 🙏🏼 So to summarise i can highly recommend "Xinix World" for all your modern telephone and communication needs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #5star service thank you 👍🏻”

“We moved away from SigGate to Xinix due to them having excellent customer service, and knowledgeable technical staff which you can chat to, and will fix the issues straight away. Their dedication to providing world class customer service is admirable, and helps me, as a business owner concentrate on my business, and not have to worry about our office telephony. The fantastic pre-sales from Jalal Miah were excellent through to the support team members such as Uzair and Dannish. In all we highly recommend for any company big or small, who are looking to change with IP telephony.”

“Switched from a landline to VOIP using an ATA box (so kept the old phones). Almost uniquely (in my experience of such things) everything worked first time. The supplied ATA box had been correctly preconfigured. Plugged the ATA into the router, the phone into the ATA and was making calls within a couple of minutes - literally 'plug and go'. Many thanks to Uzair.”

“Switching from a landline to an IP Phone and I stumbled across Xinix via Google. Having asked a couple of questions about it via the online chat I decided to take the plunge and place an order. So far, so pleased I did. The hardware arrived quickly and they called me to discuss my requirements and went through my options with me. Chloe was very helpful and not at all pushy, which I often dread about calls like these. She did as she said she was going to and left me her number in case I had any further questions. Infinitely better than most companies where you get multiple IVR options and then stuck on hold for ages before getting through to a human in the "wrong department"!! I then had a call from technical support to help set up the phone. Although I am pretty technical there are a lot of options in the configuration screens but most of it was done automatically by Xinix. Uzair was also very helpful. Next up will be to port my landline number to the IP phone once we terminate with our current provider. If that goes as well as the setup has gone so far I can only be pleased. It's been so nice to be treated like a human, rather than a number, again! Thank you Chloe and Uzair!”
