“A recent technical issue took a while to sort out but Omer and then Uzair stuck with it until it was resolved and they were very understanding of my flapping throughout the process. Everyone at this company makes you feel like a valued customer and they do all they possibly can to make sure you are receiving a service you are happy with.”

“I have been experiencing phone troubles for a while and it was refreshing to speak to Uzair who actually knew what he was doing and talking about, and was able to guide me throughout getting my name finally changed and getting the right extension number. Thanks Uzair!”

“At all stages of the process of getting my VOIP phone system working, all of the Zinix support staff, but particularly Chloe, Uzair and Hussain, have been very helpful and given useful advice, and even managed to get my old "BT/Plusnet" phone number ported across after the copper phone line was disconnected and I had been told by Plusnet that it would not be possible to retain the number once the line was dead. So overall I am very happy indeed with the service provided.”

“Was concerned about moving to Xinix from another main stream VOIP provider, but they have made everything super easy, I have received excellent support when wanting to do something slightly out of the ordinary, they really could not be faulted! Migrated my BT number across (prior to it going 'digital' with BT, totally effortless because of Xinix's superb support team. Well done all, keep up the good work!”
