“Uzair Sahi was exceptionally attentive to my case, he helped guide me at all stages to a successful and suprisingly easy installation even though I was in fact installing with an Ethernet hub and with my broadband using Starlink. Thank you !”

“The setting up of the Voip phone with my own ATA went very smoothly . However when setting up a new system there are inevitably minor challenges to ensure that everything is running correctly. In my opinion the measure of a company is how they address these challenges and ensure that everything works OK. I have had a couple of minor problems and on both occasions Xinix got them sorted very promptly. Especially of note was the way that Uzair talked me through the steps needed to sort everything out. Fully recommend the company and the people I have dealt with.”

“I had moved over to residential fibre broadband when it became available in my remote area. Being an early adopter, I also wanted to move over to VOIP at the same time but made the mistake of porting my number to the broadband provider. They are a local company and most of the sales and customer support hadn't a clue about the technology. After a short frustrating period I started looking around and found Xinix, who had a good website and, unlike most other companies, seemed to be supportive of residential connections. Still hurting from the previous experience I took out a trial connection in parallel with my existing connection to try it out. I was learning about the technology at the same time and Xinix were very responsive to all my queries. Eventually, I was happy to make the move and got my regular number ported to Xinix. I have to say, everything was handled very well and the support was very responsive. The only thing to note if you are thinking about Xinix is that they are not a big company so there are some limitations to their availability. But I see their size as an advantage as you are able to speak to the right person very quickly and they are clearly very focused on customer support.”

“I recently switched from BT Broadband to a FTTP service from someone else (installation funded by central government) However, I wanted to retain my landline number - without keeping the actual landline. I have a set of four analogue Panasonic phones which work fine. Xinix advised me of options and I opted to take a deal which included an analogue adapter. This arrived today and, although I did have to (briefly) contact Support - Uzair fixed a minor problem, thank you - everything works absolutely fine. The sound quality is superb, especially when compared to the Snap, Crackle and Pop of the old BT line. I've tried all the analogue DECT extensions and they're all equally as good. I'm very happy and thoroughly recommend the company.”

“A recent technical issue took a while to sort out but Omer and then Uzair stuck with it until it was resolved and they were very understanding of my flapping throughout the process. Everyone at this company makes you feel like a valued customer and they do all they possibly can to make sure you are receiving a service you are happy with.”
