“Exceptional customer service from Zulu Diver!! By mistake I had ordered a buckle that wasn't compatible with the straps I'd ordered. Beth from support@zuludiver.com sent me an email to tell me about this and gave me the possibility of cancelling the full order or to just cancelling the incompatible buckle. I decided to keep the straps and cancel the buckle. I received the refund for the cancelled buckle within a couple of days and the straps a few days later. That, I believe is pretty exceptional customer service. Thanks to Zulu Diver for this, and by the way, the straps are great also!”

“I bought two straps—one black and one white—for my Tudor Pelagos LHD. They have an exceptionally beautiful texture that, in summer, catches and reflects the sunlight in a way that gives the strap a more refined, almost noble look. Unfortunately, the straps I purchased are quite large—understandably, since they’re designed for diving suits, real straps meant for underwater use. I like how easily they can be swapped, and during summer I often wear them on my Pelagos, as the original rubber strap has already worn out and lost its shape. These make wonderful replacements. I only wish they were available in shorter lengths as well…”
