“Great customer service with a human touch, that’s why I keep coming back! I like the extra freebies, the cloths, coasters etc, the packaging is mainly cardboard and paper which is great environmentally and is of a good standard, “thank you” stickers to seal envelopes…. They go the extra mile, and this is appreciated.”
