“First of all, it is of course important that the quality is right, but this is actually assumed these days. At Zuludiver the quality is good, which I can judge from several straps and buckles. And yet, even with the best quality and control, something can still go wrong, and then of course it depends on the service and how you deal with this problem. I had something to complain about with a piece of my delivery, so I kindly reported this and sent a photo. Within a very short time I received an equally friendly response with the promise of an immediate replacement delivery, which then arrived within a few days. That's how service works, and that's half the battle with good shopping! A clear recommendation from me to Zuludiver, keep it up! Best regards €de”

“Really easy shopping experience online. Created a Octopod set. Delivery was really quick and efficient and came well within the expected delivery time. Presentation was beyond expectation, came in a tin which is handy to store spare straps. Came with a coaster and a cleaning cloth, which both have come in very handy!”
