I was disappointed with the ULTIMATE Calligraphy set after having two basic sets before. I have to press extra hard with the only one wide nib provided. I shouldnt have to press so hard. The ink cartridges have been somewhat watery as if they have been diluted.

Dear Peter, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the Ultimate Calligraphy Set was unsatisfactory. It is rare that we have such issues with this set. The wider nib you refer to works differently to the other nibs and this is explained in the accompanying product leaflet. You also mention the ink being watery. Again, this is not something we have encountered previously. We have tested cartridges in other sets and these are fine. It may be that you have been unfortunate and there is a fault with the one nib and cartridge. If this is the case, please do contact us directly and we will seek to resolve the issue for you. Dear Angelo, I contacted DPD who are normally very efficient, they said they attempted delivery on the 20th @ 13.19 but no one was in, I understand they delivered yesterday. We applogise for any inconvenience caused as we always dispatch our orders on time. Kind Regards Kiren

Hi Michael, sorry to hear that you had an issue with delivery. Please note we use DPD for all our deliveries and 99.5% of the time they deliver on time. We will look in to this mater for you with urgency.

Hi Carol, Please note your order was placed on a Saturday and with Monday being a bank holiday your order was dispatched on Tuesday. We have chased up DPD and they said they are delivering to you tomorrow. Kind Regards, Kiren
