“These pens were slightly finer than I expected but are very good for more detailed work, I am satisfied with their performance however I think they are overpriced at £20 inc. of postage. Communication with Ziegler couldn’t be faulted.”

“Absolutely amazing service - ordered about 1800hrs and it was in my house by 1030hrs next morning. I wasn’t expecting that! The product was ok - like the paper and paints were better quality than initially expected but this set is for kids, students, amateurs etc not professional grade. Brushes poor quality, but ok. Water brushes broke at first use couldn’t open them at all, and then finally one barrel just sheared off. But delivery service excellent.”

“Absolutely excellent customer service and pens which are the best I've tried in recent years. Ink flow is consistent and there is no 'blotching' even with the wider nib. I was so impressed with first set, I bought the deluxe kit as well. Best wishes Wayne”
