“Overall happy with Zielers quality of the writing slope but was a tiny bit disappointed that the rubber anti slip liner kept slipping off the slope itself! We have managed to find a way to manually hook it back on but it wasn’t obvious and given this is a more premium priced product, one doesn’t expect such basic slip ups.”

“Have no idea why but there seems to have been some confusion. I place my order, it’s confirmed, then I get a email to say it didn’t happen. Then I get a delivery. Then o am offered 10% off when the order has already been delivered. Then I get another email to say that dpd are delivering again but then there was also no delivery. On past experience this was a poor show.”

“Good quality products. Reasonably priced. There was an error in processing the order and, a different cartridge-pad was first dispatched but, then the right one was also delivered. I had a note of apology & asked to keep the other cartridge-pad, without charge, with complements of the Company. I am very pleased with the business-practice of Ziegler.”

“Package arrived safely via DPD. Contents well protected. As they are part of a 60th birthday gift the actual contents of the package will have to be assessed by the recipient. But looking at the selection I think she will be well pleased with her gift. Correspondence via email was very efficient, payment was easy and the website was very easy to use. Overall a pleasant experience for a first time user. Would recommend them for any budding or experienced artist.”

“These pens were slightly finer than I expected but are very good for more detailed work, I am satisfied with their performance however I think they are overpriced at £20 inc. of postage. Communication with Ziegler couldn’t be faulted.”
