“Absolutely excellent customer service and pens which are the best I've tried in recent years. Ink flow is consistent and there is no 'blotching' even with the wider nib. I was so impressed with first set, I bought the deluxe kit as well. Best wishes Wayne”

“excellent service.the pen set i received was great.the delivery was not as good ,it was delivered to the wrong address we live on the second foor of a two story maisonette but we cannot hear anyone knocking on the door,but there is a bell that is illuminated.so there should not have been a problem.”

“A very prompt delivery. Extra packing to protect the paper. Only painted one painting so far, wet on wet watercolour. Holds water beautifully. No change to the quality of my paint. Used this company & paper due to lockdown reasons. Will order from here again. Thank you.”

“Loved the product, it was purchased for my 9yr old son for Christmas as he loves drawing. I think there could be small improvements made tho. Would be great to have a small lip at the bottom to keep the paper on also we had to use double sided tape to keep the slip mat in place as it wasn’t sticking to the wood. Over all a great looking gift and something to keep and pass down but a shame it could be even better with small improvements.”
