“Highly recommend using wet wall works. Communication with delivery of items were clear. Delivery driver rang before delivery and helped unload items into house. Wall panels were packaged very well.”

“Product was fantastic and very well packaged. However I was told I would receive order next day after 12am cut off but was let down when I received order a week later which had knock on effect. Was also told would be morning delivery but didn’t come till 3.30pm”

“Ordering all very straightforward said shower panels in stock 2-3 working days but can take up to 7 days but only being delivered on day 11 so little bit disappointed in this and had to put plumber off”

“The order came within the 5-7 day delivery target,an e-mail or text that it was on the way would have helped so a star off. The panels are fine but a bit of literature on fitting different scenarios would have been a help. Over all happy with the order”

“Ordered 3 samples however when they turned up 2 were identical! Currently waiting for reply to email requesting the replacement.”

“I love my new wet wall. It wasn't protected enough in transport though so cracked at one edge. This wasn't discovered until installation and we managed to work round it, but more padding needed in packages!”

All automated emails insist customers check their products and inform us of any damages through an email or a phone call within 24 hours of receiving them. We also stick large labels on each item repeating this information. This way, we are able to resolve any problems through sending out new panels so you'd have them the following day. “I have been very satisfied with the product however, I requested white wetwall panels and that is what arrived but in fact, they are more of a pale grey. We used them anyway, but I think that the sales description needs amending. I also suggest that you are very careful with whom you use to transport the panels. Presumably, they leave you in excellent condition but when they arrived here, one of the panels was damaged and you kindly sent a replacement. However, the replacement panel also arrived damaged. Fortunately, there was enough of the panel that could be used. If couriers are damaging your products like this, you must be losing a lot of money.”

“When ordering 35 panels and after installing them, a gap of approximately 0.5 mm was created on 5 of them. The top and bottom of the panels were touching, the gap was widening to the middle. Compared to the rest, it was visible.”

“Price was good but delivery was a week late because they were 'unexpectedly' out of stock. The method of packaging was poor considering that dispatching large fragile panels in their core business. Consequently, there was damage in transit and 1 panel had to be replaced. Despite these problems, customer service was good and the the replacement panel was sent next day free of charge without fuss. If they could design a better, less labour & material intensive form of packaging & find a more careful courier than DX, they could provide a better service at less cost.”

“Good quality products, but questionable delivery methods. Delivery lorry (Caledonian logistics) appeared out of nowhere, no tracking option etc. Only by chance he found me in the flat that was being renovated, otherwise he would have taken pallet back to God knows where. Driver was very reluctant to help me unload the boards on the pavement as he had multiple drops left to do, he thought I would have forklift to unload whole pallet lol. Then I had to help him reverse onto the main road as he was struggling with the size of the lorry and narrow street”

“Online presence and speed of delivery of samples is good, the tiled versions of the wet wall panels were poor in terms of the graphic images on the samples were blurred and looked cheap, not like tiles at all. The other samples provided of the products were OK but the product is not for me. Good choice if limited budget but in my opinion didn't look like tiles which was the effect I was going for”

“Very happy with the items I purchased and they sorted out an issue with the delivery for me promptly, which was my mistake, which was a great help. I would have given 5 stars but there was a mix-up over one of my orders and it took me several attempts at contacting them before I received a response as to what had happened.”
