“Have used WWW for a number of years now, they are very good at what they do. Any issues get sorted quickly, unfortunately they cannot control the product once it leaves the factory. Getting the stuff to me via courier is next day. But 5 deliveries are not better than two. I'd like it all del when we are told by the courier. WWW are as helpful as can be.”

“Hi. The parcel I have been waiting for since September has still not arrived. Therefore, do not ask mey for my opinions. I once went to your representative in Irvine, and they said 40 days after the purchase that you had sent it by Royal Mail on that day. Now is December.Regards”

Hi Mariusz, Thank you for your review. Holding our hands up, potentially, the warehouse updated your order without realising the type of external trim on it. wrong, I know. Between you and Irvine realising the trim was incorrect, the pickers didn't dispatch your trim as it would need processing back through the system for the pickers. I will process 1 now, which will be with you in a matter of days and I am sorry it's taken you to write a review. Hi Jackie, I'm sorry to read that you aren't happy with your sample. As you will have seen, we have over 300 styles of wall panels in PVC, Ply, MDF, SPC, and solid core. Perhaps the one you chose wasn't your cup of tea, but if you would like other samples, please let us know, and we can pop them in the mail free of charge. Kind Regards Rupert

“I love my new wet wall. It wasn't protected enough in transport though so cracked at one edge. This wasn't discovered until installation and we managed to work round it, but more padding needed in packages!”

All automated emails insist customers check their products and inform us of any damages through an email or a phone call within 24 hours of receiving them. We also stick large labels on each item repeating this information. This way, we are able to resolve any problems through sending out new panels so you'd have them the following day. The PVC panels which you ordered have a honeycomb core, this is why they aren't as sturdy as the Ply or Solid Core panels, which are impact-resistant. When looking for a price match, please don't take offense when companies won't give you what you want. You are not entitled to get what you want; just accept the offer and make a wise choice. “I order a fibo shower board and trim from wet wall works and paid for 24hr delivery. Unfortunately the wrong boards were sent and the trim came damaged. I left a voice mail with customer service thinking this is gonna be a right pain to sort. I had a phone call from a sales manager, he was fantastic at sorting this out. I had a refund of the 24hr charge and the correct board and fresh trim turned up next day. Coukd t fault the customer service. Merchants couldn’t get a board for 7-10 days. Got me out of waiting 2 weeks to finish the job. Brilliant service will defo use again.”
