“Product arrived quickly, but delivery company did not ring to arrange delivery (as requested) Delivered to property and left outside and the first I knew was an email to say I had signed for it despite being 150 miles away.”

Thank you for your review. I'm glad you found our service quick, and I'm obviously disappointed that you didn't receive a call from the courier. I need your order number to see if the telephone number is correct. I am not sure if your order was placed by you or manually by one of the team members. You've left the review anonymous, so I can't delve deeper. I do agree that customers should be contacted concerning a delivery. Unfortunately, the emails can go to spam, which is out of our control, and for phone calls, we are relying on the driver to make that call. It's something I am looking into, as we can and will do better, even if it's a team member in house who makes the call. Once again thank you for your feedback :-) Kind Regards Rupert

“We received excellent service from wetwallworks. We ordered 9 wall panels to update a shower room and a toilet. Unfortuntely we didn't order enough, so we ordered one additional panel of the same code number but on arrival, the colour was very a shade different resulting from a different production run. Rupert of Customer Services, went out of his way to try and find a panel of the right colour for us. He did find one of the correct colour batches but he also included an extra part panel for us. Dispatched immediately with tracking and email updates, and the incorrect panel was collected for return to the depot. First class service, we will be using them again when we update our ensuite bathroom. Thank you, Rupert.”

“I requested three samples of Fibo wall panels. I received one plus an alternative and a note that two of them are discontinued. I queried this by email as the sales showroom could not help me by phone. The “discontinued” colours are showing as for sale on their website (and on the B&Q website where they are the suppliers) A week later, I have still not received a response to my query. I will shop elsewhere as I cannot trust Wet Walk Works with supplying these large, expensive panels in the correct colour or having decent after sales service.”

Thank you for your review. If you would like to give me a call, I'll look up your order and explain everything to you. Without knowing, I'm guessing you were requesting samples of products that are discontinued, but all Fibo has actually done is changed the product name. The names on the samples will have been the new names compared to the name on the back of the panel, yet the design colour is the exact same which is perhaps what the picker was saying in the notes. Examples are: Golden Brown Marble has changed to Brown Marble; Silver Grey Marble to Grey Marble; Marina Grey Oak to Grey Oak; and London to Medium Grey. Please give us a call or email websales@wetwallworks.co.uk as we are the second largest account in Europe and we know what we are doing. “I have been very satisfied with the product however, I requested white wetwall panels and that is what arrived but in fact, they are more of a pale grey. We used them anyway, but I think that the sales description needs amending. I also suggest that you are very careful with whom you use to transport the panels. Presumably, they leave you in excellent condition but when they arrived here, one of the panels was damaged and you kindly sent a replacement. However, the replacement panel also arrived damaged. Fortunately, there was enough of the panel that could be used. If couriers are damaging your products like this, you must be losing a lot of money.”
