“Really great! Wish I’d ordered all my bathroom accessories from here, but didn’t realise it wasn’t just Wet Wall 😩. Really helpful and friendly and so easy to swap/refund items both in store and online. Would definitely use again and recommend.”

“Terrible customer service, they delivered the wrong panels. Never apologised. Just sent a new panel 4 days later. If you’re reading this then find a different company to buy from. Don’t give them your money find someone else to buy from.”

Hi Scott, Thank you for your review, and I'll fill in the backstory. You placed your order on the 6th of November during the evening when we are closed. The following day (7th), your panels and accessories were sent via 24-hour delivery, as this was the service you paid. On Friday, your items turned up at your property at 10:04am. At approximately 16:30 you called, stating you had an issue with the panel, which is always gutting to hear. You were asked to send photos as we have to determine what has occurred. You were also told that the couriers had already been in to collect the daily deliveries, as they visit the warehouse normally between 14:00 and 15:00, and any replacement items wouldn't be sent out until Monday for a Tuesday delivery. At 16:48, you sent a long email stating that we ought to cover your additional costs, still no photo's, which we responded to by pointing out the terms & conditions you agreed to and a gentle reminder for these photo's demonstrating the issue. At 17:36, you sent the photo's by which time we had closed, as you will have seen that we close at 17:00 from our website. Monday, we responded to your email, picked and dispatched the item, which arrived on Tuesday at 09:54. I would advise any customer that's in a hurry: once receiving your items, please check them as soon as they are received. The sooner you make contact, provide the information listed on our site and from what we tell you, the sooner any issue will be resolved. On the phone I was apologetic, polite, and fixed the issue, and it's a shame you feel the way you do. I hope you are okay and that your customer is happy with the panels. Kind Regards Rupert

“If you had sent the samples when I requested them and not weeks later I might of ordered off you but your samples turned up (after the second time of requesting them) when the job was almost done”

“I requested samples which were sent quite quickly. However, the wall panel I was most interested in (Fibo Timeless Light Mint) was nothing like the colour shown online, so I won't be placing an order.”

“Terrible! Paid for next day delivery, didnt receive the next day. Called to chase, was told it will be with us the next day. This then continued for the next 2 days, we had plumbers on site waiting for the items which delayed our job by a week and cost us money. Cancelled the order and requested a refund, only for it to turn up nearly a week later.”

“Bought the packs of VOX kerradeco panels from my local depot in Irvine. I've fitted wet wall before but not this kind. What can I say, these panels are so easy to work with and apply. Mitred all the external corners as ime not really a fan of edging and it's personal preference for the finish. As a joiner this was easy enough however if you are good a DIY then it's very possible to achieve depending on your skill levels. These packs have great coverage and if you look close enough are matching patterns. But to be honest I doubt you'll notice so I wouldn't get overwhelmed trying to match them. If applying to the wet area (shower/bath) apply a small bead of clear silicone in the joint making sure to clean off any that squeezes out. I used CT1 again only as my preferred choice. As a tradesman I'll definitely be back. Oh and the Fergus I think his name was was very helpful giving me advice on fitting and adhesive to use and apply.”

Thank you Maria for your review. What you have received is the laminate of the panel, as it's extremely costly to send out physical samples of the boards. If you would like an actual cutting of the board, we do ask customers to write this in the comments box, but you must have missed the description when selecting your panels. If there was a sample missing, that'll be because we are out of that particular design. Please let me know which one and we will have this dispatched once the new laminates are in. “It would have had 5 stars but the courier damaged 2 of the panels fortunately I could cut the damage off so it wasn't a problem, not wanting to big myself up but the job went very well and looked great, I would certainly bye again.”

Concerning the design, it's hard to capture the design on sample, which is approx. 20cm by 10cm but the sample should show the prominent colour, not necessarily the tile design but it's for the user to see the colour in their own environment. “Ordered some samples of shower Panels with the time frame 7-10 working days for delivery. They arrived 4 weeks later. I spoke to a customer service man who assured me they had been sent on Day 10, however they did not arrived till 20 days after that! I tried to call multiple times and could never get through and send 2 emails and never heard back. Terrible service. I had to go with another company in the end.”

“Quality of product is great. Let down by cowboy delivery company DX Delivery. All corners of all shower wall panels were damaged and the face of one panel. Not surprised, the way the panels (marked fragile!) were thrown into the delivery van.”
