“Excellent company to buy from, communication from start to finish was fantastic and the Mdf white ash ceiling panels we bought are excellent quality. Also delivery was spot on and quick, will definitely be ordering more. Thankyou!”

“Have used WWW for a number of years now, they are very good at what they do. Any issues get sorted quickly, unfortunately they cannot control the product once it leaves the factory. Getting the stuff to me via courier is next day. But 5 deliveries are not better than two. I'd like it all del when we are told by the courier. WWW are as helpful as can be.”

“I bought the Fibo panels from a different supplier, but when I needed some accessories urgently, Wet Wall Works were able to provide a very fast and efficient service. Wish I had used them for the full order.”

“I order a fibo shower board and trim from wet wall works and paid for 24hr delivery. Unfortunately the wrong boards were sent and the trim came damaged. I left a voice mail with customer service thinking this is gonna be a right pain to sort. I had a phone call from a sales manager, he was fantastic at sorting this out. I had a refund of the 24hr charge and the correct board and fresh trim turned up next day. Coukd t fault the customer service. Merchants couldn’t get a board for 7-10 days. Got me out of waiting 2 weeks to finish the job. Brilliant service will defo use again.”

“We received excellent service from wetwallworks. We ordered 9 wall panels to update a shower room and a toilet. Unfortuntely we didn't order enough, so we ordered one additional panel of the same code number but on arrival, the colour was very a shade different resulting from a different production run. Rupert of Customer Services, went out of his way to try and find a panel of the right colour for us. He did find one of the correct colour batches but he also included an extra part panel for us. Dispatched immediately with tracking and email updates, and the incorrect panel was collected for return to the depot. First class service, we will be using them again when we update our ensuite bathroom. Thank you, Rupert.”
