Говорю это потому что в оценке деятельности магазина считаю - нужно учитывать не только скорость доставки, качество и быстроту ответов от магазина в случае возникновении вопросов (где магазин так же достойно держит планку), но и разрешение спорных ситуаций, в коей я оказался, когда мой контроллер Vera Plus, после обновления прошивки стал "кирпичем"., производитель не смог помочь в сложившейся ситуации, переписка шла в течении недель 3х, и уже отчаявшись, что найти общего языка c производителем не удалось, я обратился в магазин. Они тут же взяли на себя сложности по решению моего вопроса в свои руки. Мне показалось, в тот момент, что не плохо бы обзавестись железкой по мощнее, потому как Vera Plus отличнейшее устройство, которого хватало с запасом для моих потребностей в базовой автоматизации дома. И тогда, решил попробовать контроллер Vera Secure. Магазин на удивлении без проблем согласился на моё предложение доплатить разницу в стоимости контроллеров, не взяли дополнительных налогов! (там какой то систему у них, вроде того, что если я один раз заплатил налог за устройство, второй не нужно. В России привычнее ситуация повторной оплаты налога. В общем я был приятно удивлен). Магазин оплатил как и обещал мою пересылку для них - обратно сломанного устройства. В общем вердикт: магазин в случае сложностей ведет себя достойна, и держит слово! Отличный магазин! Обязательно обращайтесь.”

“Initially left a good review after I received the email saying that a free upgrade to delivery would be given. Item that I'd ordered was listed as in stock. Expecting the item next day or at least within a couple of days. A few days passed and item still hadn't been sent. Had to get in contact and turned out actually the item was never in stock. So basically they'd got my good review by promising a free upgrade to delivery on an item that they'd said was in stock but never was. Will avoid in future.”
