“My Z-Wave device failed within a year of purchase and Vesternet was quick to acknowledge it, offer the RMA process, and send me a replacement no charge, even outside the UK. My replacement device is now working in place of the failed one and I'm very happy I bought from Vesternet, even from outside UK borders!”
