“I have placed multiple orders with Vesternet including an entire home automation controller replacement with the Fibaro Home Center II and my experience has been great. Each order is promptly shipped and always are followed by a person reach out from the company asking how everything was and they are genuinely interested in feedback. Great home automation company to work with as a trusted partner.”

“Never used z wave before. I used other home automation services but coming to vesternet, a message pops up asking for a chat. I was given a quick lecture about z wave and I tried two devices after buying a controller. I ran into problem. I sent an email, the guys got back to me asap. They were very professional. I followed all steps and I was up and running. I was given professional advice in the most gentle way I had never envisaged. Since then, I have always purchased my devices from them. The after sales service is very good. I will always advice my friends to go there. I will always check vesternet for new z waves product. Looking at the vesternet, it seems they have created a college or a university where you can freely learn about z waves (which is the area of my interest) and you can be rest assured that what you bought is genuine and has a lasting warranty.”

“I am always impressed when someone goes above and beyond what one has come to expect nowadays as passing for customer service. Firstly Vesternet were quite happy to accept some lamps I had bought from them back as returns. I just could not get them to work properly. Then one of their staff, Mark, spent some time sorting out what needed to buy which unfortunately the manufacturer did not supply as a kit. So he assembled a kit for me and gave me a discount as well. All of this was conducted via email in a very professional manner with constant updates (one item was out of stock). I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone needing smart lighting and/or home automation products.”

“I have used Vesternet on multiple occasions, and each time it has been a pleasure to deal with everyone there. Ordering and payment is painless and the delivery is very quick. Yes a couple of tiny issues which were out of their control have arisen, (faulty product replaced quickly under warranty), but each time they have been dealt with the issue professionally and very quickly. It is a service like this which will keep me coming back time and time again. I wish all the companies I have to deal with were as good as the team at Vesternet. I can't recommend Vesternet highly enough, and if you need any advice with products do call them, it would be a mistake if you didn't.”

“As an international customer, payment is always an issue. Mark Onions from Sales and Marketing was very patient and helpful with my credit card issue due to my banks fault. I had to get Mark to send my order about 4 times and he did it without complaint. Sadly due to the issue, the parts I order was not fully in stock by the time the payment was made but Vesternet apologised and sent what they could and refunded me the balance. Pricing for the shipping by DHL was very good and I look forward to doing more order with them in the future.”
