“Great shopping experience. Excellent pre-sales help with selecting the right components. I really liked the order confirmation email that contains all the manuals and instructions so you can do some background reading while you wait for the delivery. Delivery had good tracking and arrived on time.”

“I finally took the plunge on some devices from vesternet. There's plenty of information on the site but the expertise required to understand much of it can be quite high. I tried to use paypal 3 times to place my order, each time I confirmed the payment on paypal the site froze. So I ended up doing it the long way via their credit card journey. If they could dumb down the content of the product pages to answer my basic questions and improve the checkout flow vesternet would go from a 3 to a 5 because they seem to get everything else right. Update: they weren't lying when they said the site had been updated. It appears to be a much smoother experience now.”

“Fantastic service. I was blown away with the speed of delivery - I ordered at around 4pm, got a dispatch notice shortly after 5pm, and my items were with me by 10.30am the following morning! Very pleased”
