“1st order with Vesternet they forgot to ship the item for 2 days and I had to chase, I even paid for the express delivery which went out the window, so paying the extra postage was a waste of money. Apart from receiving the order late, everything else was good. They send an email with every order to leave a review here and shipping will be upgraded to express. So on my 2nd order, I used the free delivery and then did a review to upgrade shipping to express. This never happened and still shipped on slow delivery. Bit disappointing. Still awaiting the order, will update the review if it's not up to par.”

Hi Patrick, We always take on board constructive feedback, but our checkout experience is flawless. I believe you're saying its poor because of the post-purchase offer you mention? I'm confused about what's sneaky about that, you paid for your order and got a success confirmation. Then you were offered an optional discounted product (which you accepted but didn't pay for). Why would that make you think you won't get your order now?
