“I was made to feel at ease as soon as I arrived and the receptionist made me a cup of tea. The specialist doctor and the nurse were very professional and made me feel safe and secure in a clinical situation where I was being asked questions and being measured etc.”

“I've seen several consultants over the years re: varicose veins. This was the most in-depth examination by far. I liked being informed of the cost straight away - That was quite refreshing, and I was given a lot of information about the procedure, which allows me to plan ahead. The staff were all friendly and helpful too.”

“A very friendly greeting and I was offered coffee. All the staff that I met were extremely friendly and helpful. The consultant was knowledgeable, efficient, answered all of my questions and provided all of the ncessary information I needed to make a decision about treatment.
