“All staff at the Hull Clinic were friendly and helpful. I was offered a coffee that I could even take with me into my consultation! The clinic itself appears to be state of the art and well designed. The actual session with Mr Nair was informal and relaxed with plenty of time to ask questions. I would have liked a chair or stool to use while getting undressed and a long handled shoe horn to help get my shoes back on especially when Mr Nair was waiting for me to discuss the ultrasound. Apologies if a chair or stool was there and for some reason they were overlooked.”

“From the receptionist Hunayda to the consultant Dr Mark Regi,I was treated with the upmost courtesy and respect and everyone was so friendly. All my questions were answered in detail and the procedure was explained to me in full.I am very confident that I am in capable hands.”

“I felt very welcomed and all of the staff were really friendly. I left with plenty more knowledge of my varicose veins and all of my questions were answered to great detail.”

“On the day of my appointment there had been several accidents on my route which had delayed me significantly. So when I arrived at the clinic, I was somewhat sweaty & stressed, to say the least! All the staff were absolutely lovely & immediately put me at ease. I was still able to attend my appointment, during which, I received all the information I needed regarding treatment options. When I started to feel faint during the ultrasound scan, both the consultant & nurse were very kind & helped me to lie down & recover. I am booked in for scleroderma treatment & I am looking forward to a summer in shorts!”

“Booked this appointment after being terribly disappointed with an experience I had with a Harley Street Clinic in that the consultation lasted 10 mins ! The contrast couldn’t have been more different ; My consultation with the veincentre was exceptionally through , with detailed explanation of the procedure, followed up by a report of what was discussed and I have now booked my procedure feeling that the vein centre care about you as a person and not just interested in taking your money. All the staff and professionals I met were welcoming and supportive.”

“It was simple to arrange the initial consultation appointment and I was given a date and time that was suitable to me. At the consultation all the staff were friendly and genuinely interested in me and the symptoms that I was experiencing. The procedure was clearly explained and the results were related in a easy to understand manner Overall an excellent experience.”

“On arrival I was welcomed by receptionist who asked if I wanted a drink after waiting a short time (I was early ) the nurse introduced herself and took me to consulting room where I met with consultant, both he and the nurse were very friendly and informative explaining scan and results before discussing treatment that was suitable for me . I was very impressed and made to feel at ease throughout my appointment”
