“Tried contacting Vavista as no longer required the insurance. It was really difficult to converse with the telephone operator, they did not explain themselves and had zero customer service skills. They explained that there would be a charge of ÂŁ75 to cancel the policy, I only have until the end of March left so I suggested that I would just let the policy lapse. I was informed that I would still have to pay the charge of ÂŁ75 unless the policy was attached to another vehicle and that I would have a dent on my name. I have never had this experience with any other insurer, in fact the last time I did this with another insurer I received a little money back for insurance not used. I would not recommend vavista based on my experience.”
