“I called the customer care 3 times to renewal, my first call was taken by a lady and she gave me the price details as per my request but she said she can’t send the quote by email, so I said I will call back after reviewing.The 2nd time when I called a male representative attended the call and I gave him the quote number,but the amount he said was different to one given by the other representative, so I requested to provide the breakdown of coverage and extras which are included, at time moment the service representative sounded impatient and rude and acted as if he wasn’t interested in doing business.After few minutes the call got disconnected and he didn’t ring me back.Then later I called again and a lady attended the call and helped me renewing the insurance.I may not renew with Vavista next year as they don’t sound very professional.”
