“More like online scammers, not an insurance company.
I had a car insurance policy with them. I missed my payment due to difficulties, it's all on me my fault. So I phoned the insurance company to pay for it. Customer service advised paying the sum via premium credit(their partners or something) and calling back to inform Vavista about the payment. I did everything as per instructions, phoned shortly after to confirm however I got the answer that my policy has been cancelled and within 7 days they will come back to me to let me know if I will get my money back not only which I paid today but also the deposit they took on day 1. They telling me that's not guaranteed. So nearly £400 is gone now. This will be reported and has to be investigated.”

“Easy to set up policy online, nice website easy to use. Quotation was competitive but a little disappointed to see this in the small print “There is no cover under this policy under any circumstances or for any purposes for any driver named above to drive any vehicle other than that of the Registration mark of vehicle shown above.” All motor insurance policies I’ve ever had allow 3rd party cover to drive other vehicles.”
