“Would have rated 5 out of 5. Ordered side bars and roof rails and they were delivered the next day. Excellent service and products as described except for two fixings for roof bars that were 50mm instead of 70mm. Called and left voicemail but did not receive any communication to resolve. May well have been a manufacturing problem that could have been highlighted.”
