“I ordered a set off ve crafter lwd side steps they turned up with all 4 end caps smashed to bits and only fixing for 3 brackets and the instructions was rubbish i have reported it and am waiting for replacement so will give you more feedback when I have them”

“Everything was good, except for the delivery performance, no notice on-the-day that my delivery was coming, and when it did arrive, the delivery co didn't bother to ring my bell, but left it downstairs in a communal close. I encountered it later, totally by chance. not impressed!”

“It took me a while to fit the side steps to the van but only because I had to remove the under trays and alter them to accommodate the brackets.The steps look great however,I only noticed after I'd fitted them that there was a small crack in the one end of each step.They still look great tho,and they take my weight.”

“Ordered the sun visor, bonnet garden, rear spoiler and front bar for my transit custom. All really easy to fit, well packaged which is good as the delivery driver seemed to just throw them out the back of his van, the only real problem I came across was the instructions for the front low bar, as the pictures are black and white I found it difficult to place where the bolts where they mention, but once I got under my van I located the mentioned bolts easily”
