“Ordered a cab curtain and rail on the 7th September 12th received order but unfortunately I was sent the wrong item, some kind of step, sent an email and received a response 3 days later to say correct item would be sent, 20th September item still not received i was informed a delivery truck had not been arranged. After a couple more emails I contacted van styles who informed me my order had still not been processed. Eventually my item arrived on 2nd October almost 4 weeks after I ordered it, but unfortunately it’s damaged, the Curial rail has been bent. Wouldn’t use this company again, which is a shame as need so many more items.”

“Quality of product was good after sales was good only negative i would have said was delivery charges but as it is down to the courier to set the charges it wouldnt be fair for me to give a negative feedback”

“Quick delivery. Good communication but the floor is poor. Poorly cut. In a few pieces not one piece. I contacted Vanstyle and they said I could return it but I needed a floor covering and couldn’t be bothered posting something that big and heavy back to them.”

“Ordered a wheel and tyre package for my T32, had a few questions before placing the order which were answered quickly over the live chat. Placed the order on a Tuesday and asked if at all possible they could be delivered by the following Monday. They arrived first thing on the Monday morning, in perfect condition and very well packaged. Were on my van within an hour and am very pleased with them. Excellent service all round.”

“Very bad service bought side steps for swb shogun gave me wrong ones gave me lwb told me o come back for a refund when I got there refused to give me refund said the woman who was on who was speaking to me was not there traveled 1 hour and 30 minutes with cryin children in car were very rude and told me No refund and they even kept the side steps do not use this people this company there are robbers and liers”

We are sorry to hear about your poor experience with our Company. We have reviewed your complaint and discover that the items were purchased at the end of May 2025 Our Returns policy allows for 30 days Also we have discovered that the items did not have their Fitting Kit available and were covered in dust and the packing box was not in a good condition - we would not have been able to resell these items as new We are sorry if you thought our staff were rude They did say you told them to keep the side steps and indicated that you no longer wanted them and they could throw them away

“Great selection to choose from, shame thay don’t do free postage on bigger orders , i had my delivery in 2 days so that was good, thay need to restock on wing mirror sets as Ive been waiting a long time to order , overall good”
