“Communication needs to be better when you place an order. You need more people to answer the sales phone when I was trying to find out about my order it took me two hours of trying to get through”

“Replacement of off side wing mirror on 2010 T5 van. I bought Wing Mirror Repair Gear Bracket Bush, Lower OS Drivers Wing Mirror cover cap and Upper Mirror Cover. Next day delivery, excellent quality, very competitive price. Bracket was missing on hole for a lug on my bracket base, but easy to drill and ending with a sturdy cheap replacement. “Order process and delivery was quick, disappointingly both supplied VW T6 mirror covers (packaged separately within the same parcel) had clips broken off, although the outer parcel had no damage, the overall quality of these non original covers was not good although the Gloss Black paint finish was good.”

“All went well , had a helpful telephone conversation which resulted in the purchase of the correct roof bars for my vw transporter. There was a slight inconsistency, your web site rated the bars as 40 kilos, the manufactures rated them by as 75 kilos, don’t know who to believe.”
