“Great website however I had to call about a missing fitting kit for sidebars. I was on hold for 53 minutes which I understand you are busy. However I was not impressed with the attitude of the representative on the phone. Everything is sorted out Joe and I am happy with my product however the representative did come across as quite rude.”

“Excellent experience with VanStyle. I bought a Black ABS Rear Bumper Protector and installed it on my silver bumper, and it looks fantastic. Good quality and it was very easy to fit. “Purchased equipment of your company in the past and had no problem but ended up with a nightmare. Purchased one of your roof racks for my Vauxhall vivaro 2022 for a small wheel base. Roof rack came with instructions which I followed however the equipment the rack came with wasn't good quality at all.. half of the bolts wouldn't fit the fittings on my van only provided one set of bolts which did fit, however after realizing the other bolts didn't fit I tried removing the bolts which fitted in which caused a nightmare from cheap quality bolts which the bolt connector and the bolt thread wouldn't unscrewed which caused a nightmare of problems trying to remove. Gutted because I've loved your company of the years and it's ended up like this.. damaged paint work from trying to unscrew ended up having to cut the roof rack with a saw.. my email is ryanmcginty20@gmail.com”

“Prices look great - ordering process not so good I placed an order 10 days ago for roughly £215 worth of items. But it only charged (preauthorised) my card £1. Then a few days later it tried to take the balance. This led to there not being any money in the account (as I keep it in my savings acc when not in use) I eventually had to call up to try and get the payment sorted - this took over 45 minutes on hold. I paid and understood that it was late in the day but parts would be shipped weds Thursday I had an email to say that parts were being shipped Thursday - I thought great! At least I’ll get them Friday latest Friday. Still no tracking but they send me an email asking me to review service. I’m going away Sunday. Not impressed as the parts were needed for my van specifically for this trip.”

“Door trim was OK, didn't seem to fit really snug but fine ... also the panel clips cracked and weren't strong enough to clip the lower part of the panel down, bought some better clips. They should really supply a couple of spares with the trim...”

“Purchased a mirror for a 2013 transit, the mirror was unfortunately shattered by a courier during delivery. I sent Vanstyle an email complete with photograps of the shatterd mirror. Vanstyle were quick to get back to me and sent out a replacement which arrived a few days later without charge.”
