“Wheels were delivered on time which was great however, the wheels were Matt black and they came with silver bolts which looked terrible. I had to spend more money on black bolts and black locking bolts which Vanstyle gave me a small discount on. I would have thought they’d have realised people would want black bolts on black wheels but hey ho 🤷‍♂️”

Hi David, Very glad to hear you're happy with your wheels. We totally understand about the wheel bolts, and fully agree that the black look better. Unfortunately, the silver bolts are what we receive from wheel suppliers as standard, and we have to buy in the black specifically to offer them as an option. “Took advantage of the recent sale to get some bits for my Transporter. The fast dispatch & delivery that I had experienced when placing orders with Vanstyle previously was clearly being affected by the volume of orders received over the sale period and I had to wait almost a week for the items to arrive. 1 star deducted for slow delivery time - otherwise all good.”

“Selection of products was good. But the postage and Taxes to Ireland doubled the cost of the items. I have now look to sourcing the products in mainland Europe. If you could get around this issue in the future I would be more then happy to purchase from you again. TransporterHQ has set up shop in the Netherlands whis is working out very well for the European market.”

“Made 2 purchases recently and all items are good quality and as described. The only issue is the courier drop off. On the boxes it states that items should not be signed for if damaged etc. But if the courier drops the items without informing anyone this could be a problem if the items were damaged. The box of the last delivery was damaged but fortunately the items were not.”

“Stainless steel roof bars for my T5 weren't a straight forward fit. I had to cut off the fixing plate and weld new ones on as the holes were not in the correct place. Everything else has been excellent.”

“Quality of curtains is excellent and I bought from Vanstyle as they had black, not the usual grey. The rails didn't fit the shape of the vivaro window frame very well , however after a bit of manipulation and once you screw the first screw in the rail does bend in. I was also missing a screw which I replaced myself and didn't receive any spare bits. I haven't compared these van curtains with any others but overall I'm pleased with them.”

“ORDERED ALLOY WHEEL BOLTS FOR TRANSPORTER T6 THEY DID NOT FIT AS MY ALLOYS NEEDED DIFFERENT HEADS ON THEM TO ALLOW SOCKET TO FIT AND HAD TO RETURN THEM AT A COST OF £5.50p SO MAKE SURE IF YOU NEED WHEEL BOLTS THAT THEY ARE SUITABLE.RECEIVED REFUND SO THE COMPANY DID RETURN MONEY QUICKLY.”

“I recently ordered a new carbon fibre look badge for the front of my T6 and wanted the rear one to match so I called your office and was told that you only have the front ones in stock, And I would have to order the rear One when you have them in, but would have to pay an other delivery charge. Is there a way of ordering say both badges and only paying one delivery charge and send out when in stock? Regards William Woodington.”

“Please with the products I bought, look great on the Caravelle. Only down side was some of the clips were very fragile and a couple snapped on the grille. Still fits OK though. Fast delivery”

“Would have been 5 but I thought you might have identified I ordered two lots of side bars in error. The website wasn’t very clear and should have said they came in pairs. I now have to return the one set which is almost going to cost half the value of the bars”

“Needed a pair of rear Bilstein springs urgently which I ordered on website with note asking for next day delivery which I was of course prepared to pay additional for. Goods were despatched and arrived next day for no additional charge. Only reason for dropping one star was that no one confirmed back to me that this had been actioned so I wasn’t too sure if I was going to receive next day. (If you are going to go the extra mile for a customer, let them know the good news!)”
